Discontinuation of Spa Points Program
As we mentioned last month, we will no longer be using a Spa Service Rewards System. Our new spa software doesn’t manage the points system the way we we like and therefore this system will be cancelled. We will honour the old points system from the end of November 2015 and the points must be redeemed by June 30th, 2016.
Our prices have not changed in 10 years and, with rising costs, we’ll offset service price increases by eliminating this program and not increasing our prices.
Our Spa Retail Rewards System will not change and we will continue to have our monthly promotions!
