Cancellations and Changes:
Last minute cancellations and “No-shows” leave our Therapists with empty appointment times. We may have also had to turn away other guests that could have enjoyed that appointment time. Due to this, guests that do not honour their appointments will be charged cancellation fees.
Please be advised that to cancel any spa appointment we require at least 24 hours notice to avoid being charged cancellation fees.

All Registered Massage Therapy appointments cancelled with less than 24hours notice, a missed appointment fee will be charged in full.
A credit card will be required to secure all group bookings, spa packages, couples treatments and new RMT clients. For groups bookings, we require 48 hours notice for all cancellations. Please note that once an appointment is booked – unless we hear otherwise – we’ll expect you to be there. ‘Skipped’ appointments will be charged in full to the card number with which they were held.
